J.T. Johnson, who represents the Cal wide receiver, said Allen will be re-evaluated by Dr. James Andrews for a second-grade posterior cruciate ligament sprain suffered during the season.
Allen and his agent made the decision not to work out. He could work out, but they are being cautious.
Allen, currently listed as NFL Network analyst Mike Mayock's No. 2 wide receiver in the draft, will run routes on his March 14 pro day at Cal.
The highly regarded wideout also will have a personal pro day the first week of April, with the date to be determined.
