Jets' Mangold, DeVito questionable for meeting with Chargers

FLORHAM PARK, N.J. -- New York Jets center Nick Mangold and defensive end Mike DeVito are questionable for the team's game Sunday against the San Diego Chargers.

Coach Rex Ryan said Friday he expects Mangold to play after being limited in practice. Mangold did not practice the previous two days as he continues to recover from a high right ankle sprain that sidelined him for two games. Mangold has played in two games since returning, but the injury isn't completely healed.

DeVito injured a knee when he got caught up in a pile at practice earlier this week. He did not practice Friday and Ryan says DeVito had an MRI that "checked out fine."

Rookie Kenrick Ellis would start in DeVito's place if the veteran defensive lineman can't play.
