The Seattle Seahawks were down a key player Sunday in Cleveland before their game against the Browns even started.
While the Seahawks were on the field for their first drive, the team announced that running back Marshawn Lynch had been ruled out with a back injury.
Leon Washington started in place of Lynch.
The Fox game broadcast reported that Lynch was injured during pregame warm-ups, when his back began to tighten.
Without Lynch to anchor their ground game, the Seahawks could rely more on quarterback Charlie Whitehurst's arm than they had planned.
