The Giants have lost four in a row for the first time since 2009, fueling the perception that coach Tom Coughlin has trouble sealing the deal down the stretch.
Safety Antrel Rolle isn't concerned about seeing a 6-2 record melt into 6-6, telling a local radio station that New York, which is 14-18 under Coughlin in December, is playoff bound.
"You ask will we make the playoffs? Without a doubt," Rolle told WFAN-AM on Tuesday. "Without a doubt. We will be in that postseason.
"If we go out there and we play with the intensity and emotion and passion we had this last Sunday, man, those teams (left on the schedule) are in trouble."
"Those teams" happen to be the Cowboys in Dallas on Sunday night, the Redskins, the Jets and Dallas again at MetLife Stadium to close the season. Two of those teams are still fighting for their own playoff lives, and while Rolle's confidence is admirable, it should be noted: He made a similar prediction last season.
That, of course, didn't work out -- and DeSean Jackson can tell you why.
