A day after Nick Collins' agent said he should learn the results of the latest exam on Collins' surgically-repaired neck, it remains unclear if a recommendation was made to the Green Bay Packers safety.

Neither Collins nor his agent, Alan Herman, could be reached by the Green Bay Press-Gazette on Monday . Herman did not return messages left by the newspaper, after saying last week that, "I assume we'll know something by Monday."
ESPN, however, reported Tuesday, that Collins is scheduled to travel to Wisconsin next week to talk with the Packers about his future in football.
Collins was injured in Week 2 during a game against the Carolina Panthers while trying to tackle Jonathan Stewart, who landed on Collins' head while attempting to leap the safety. Collins was carted off the field and needed single-fusion surgery that September, causing him to miss the rest of the season.
The Press-Gazette reported last week that Collins went to New York to be evaluated by Dr. Frank Cammisa, who operated on his neck.
Collins, 28, has 21 interceptions in seven seasons with the Packers.
