The Jacksonville Jaguars have agreed to a one-year deal with free-agent wide receiver Lee Evans, a source told The Florida Times-Union on Sunday.
According to the newspaper, Evans likely will sign a contract Monday, with the Jaguars scheduled to kick off an offseason camp Tuesday.

Jaguars coach Mike Mularkey should be familiar with Evans. The Buffalo Bills made the receiver the 13th overall pick in the 2004 NFL Draft, when Mularkey was the team's coach.
Evans, 31, caught four passes for 74 yards in nine games with the Baltimore Ravens last season. The Ravens sent a fourth-round draft pick to the Bills in an August trade for Evans.
Evans had 377 catches for 5,934 yards and 43 touchdowns in seven seasons with the Bills. But he hasn't topped 1,000 receiving yards since the 2008 season.
One of Evans' final plays with the Ravens was pivotal in their AFC Championship Game loss to the New England Patriots. Evans looked to have hauled in a touchdown, but the ball was knocked out of his hands by a defender, and officials ruled it to be an incomplete pass.
