Report: Blackmon, Floyd, Wright work out for St. Louis Rams

The St. Louis Rams have privately worked out wide receivers Justin Blackmon, Michael Floyd and Kendall Wright, the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reported Monday, citing league sources.

Brooks: Prospect tiers

There are three tiers of top-end prospects: Elites, blue chips and red chips. Bucky Brooks breaks down the 2012 class.

The Rams could select a receiver with the sixth overall pick in this week's NFL draft. Blackmon (Oklahoma State) and Floyd (Notre Dame) are considered the top receivers available, and Wright (Baylor) is seen as a late-first-round pick, if St. Louis chooses to move down.

The Rams also hold the first pick of the second round (No. 33) and are considered to be actively looking for weapons to help young quarterback Sam Bradford.

Coach Jeff Fisher, general manager Les Snead and offensive coordinator Brian Schottenheimer traveled to each workout, and executive vice president for football operations Kevin Demoff went to Blackmon's session, according to the newspaper.
