AFC North
RB Kenneth Dixon, Baltimore Ravens
Drafted:4th round (134th overall)
Why he's a bargain:Dixon has outstanding strength and converts it into broken tackles and yards after contact. At the same time, he has the quickness and elusiveness to make tacklers miss in the open field. He's also an accomplished receiver with 87 career catches for nearly 1,000 yards at Louisiana Tech. From a style perspective, Dixon runs a lot like Broncos fourth-round pick Devontae Booker of Utah, who was selected just two picks after Dixon.
DT Andrew Billings, Cincinnati Bengals
Drafted:4th round (122nd overall)
Why he's a bargain:There wasn't a better run-stopping interior defensive lineman selected after Billings, and very few before him. He has incredible physical strength and can hold his own against double-team blocking, making life easier on the linebackers behind him. But he can also be disruptive in the backfield, as evidenced by his 26 tackles for loss over the last two years. The former Baylor star was thought to be a surefire second-day (Rounds 2-3) pick, but a label as a two-down player didn't help his draft value.
LB Joe Schobert, Cleveland Browns
Drafted:4th round (99th overall)
Why he's a bargain:The Browns made Schobert the first pick of Day 3 (Rounds 4-7), adding a versatile linebacker from Wisconsin who can rush the passer and play the pass in coverage. He was named the Big Ten Linebacker of the Year after piling up 9.5 sacks last season, though he's more likely to play inside linebacker at the next level. An instinctive player who could contribute heavily on special teams, Schobert should make an impact as a rookie.
OL Christian Westerman, Cincinnati Bengals
Drafted:5th round (161st overall)
Why he's a bargain:The former Arizona State standout was a second-team All-Pac-12 pick last year and will bring impressive quickness and technique to the Bengals as an interior-line prospect. The center position could be in his future. You want physical strength? Westerman's 34 bench-press reps were the most of anyone at the NFL Scouting Combine.
LB Scooby Wright III, Cleveland Browns
Drafted:7th round (250th overall)
Why he's a bargain:No, he's not the athlete that plenty of linebackers drafted ahead of him are, but the former Arizona star is dripping with instincts for the linebacker position and plays to the whistle on every down. Prior to an injury-riddled senior season, Wright's production as a junior was other-worldly (163 tackles, 29 tackles for loss, 14 sacks). Under-recruited as a high school prospect, he'll arrive in Cleveland in a familiar role as the underdog.
