Let's take a look at the draft hauls of the 32 teams in the league. In putting this list together, I looked at how teams addressed their needs, operated within the confines of their draft picks and sprinkled in my own assessments of some of their selections. My rankings continue with teams 21-24.

21. Tennessee Titans
Draft picks:Corey Davis (No. 5 overall), Adoree' Jackson (No. 18 overall), Taywan Taylor (No. 72 overall), Jonnu Smith (No. 100 overall), Jayon Brown (No. 155 overall), Corey Levin (No. 217 overall), Josh Carraway (No. 227 overall), Brad Seaton (No. 236 overall), Khalfani Muhammad (No. 241 overall)
I really like what the Titans did over the first three rounds in adding weapons at receiver in Corey Davis and Taywan Taylor while fortifying their tight end spot with Jonnu Smith, who is an underrated blocker and speedy pass-catcher. Adoree' Jackson addresses a need at cornerback and adds an elite return man to the mix. As for Day 3 (Rounds 4-7) of the draft, I wasn't a big fan of what they did.

22. Chicago Bears
Draft picks:Mitchell Trubisky (No. 2 overall), Adam Shaheen (No. 45 overall), Eddie Jackson (No. 112 overall), Tarik Cohen (No. 119 overall), Jordan Morgan (No. 147 overall)
I can't find any reasonable defense for what GM Ryan Pace did in trading up a spot for a player (Mitchell Trubisky) who would have been there with the third pick regardless. However, I do like the additions of Adam Shaheen and Tarik Cohen. The fact that these players are relative no-names to Bears fans might not help Pace in the short term, but Shaheen has a rare combination of size and speed, while Cohen is reminiscent of Darren Sproles in his ability to hit big plays out of the backfield.

23. Carolina Panthers
Draft picks:Christian McCaffrey (No. 8 overall), Curtis Samuel (No. 40 overall), Taylor Moton (No. 64 overall), Daeshon Hall (No. 77 overall), Corn Elder (No. 152 overall), Alex Arma (No. 192 overall), Harrison Butker (No. 233 overall)
Christian McCaffrey should be one of the safest offensive players in the draft thanks to his versatility as a pass-catcher. We will see how the Panthers decided to use second-rounder Curtis Samuel and third-rounder Taylor Moton, but I see Samuel as a wide receiver and Moton as a guard. Daeshon Hall is an upside prospect who needs to continue to learn the game with his hand in the ground.

24. Kansas City Chiefs
Draft picks:Patrick Mahomes (No. 10 overall), Tanoh Kpassagnon (No. 59 overall), Kareem Hunt (No. 86 overall), Jehu Chesson (No. 139 overall), Ukeme Eligwe (No. 183 overall), Leon McQuay (No. 217 overall)
The Chiefs swung for the fences with their first two picks. Andy Reid clearly sees some Brett Favre qualities in Patrick Mahomes, which explains the aggressive move up the board. Villanova defensive end Tanoh Kpassagnon has the freaky physical traits GM John Dorsey looks for, but he needs to play with more consistency. RB Kareem Hunt is a perfect fit for the Chiefs.
