With the offseason officially under way, Around the League will examine what's next for all 32 teams. The series continues with the Jacksonville Jaguars.
What's changing
The Jaguars rebooted the braintrust following a 2-14 season, bringing in Dave Caldwell as the new general manager and Gus Bradley as head coach. Jedd Fisch and Bob Babich were hired as offensive and defensive coordinators, both men inheriting hot messes. The Jaguars have a new logo. Now they need a new approach.
Biggest free agents
»*DT Terrance Knighton:* Knighton lost his starting job in October, but he's a big body that could fit with the defensive philosophy Bradley brings from Seattle.
»*OLB Daryl Smith:* The all-time franchise leader in tackles, Smith saw his 2012 season mostly wiped out by a groin injury. Could be primed for bounce-back season.

What they need
The Jaguars finished 29th in total offense and 30th in total defense, so it's safe to say they need quite a bit. Jacksonville has the No. 2 overall pick in the draft, which provides a golden opportunity to plug one hole with a premium talent. Athletic offensive linemen are necessary as Fisch installs a zone-blocking scheme. An impact player on the defensive line -- the deepest position in this draft -- is another option. Upgrades are necessary at nearly every position.
Offseason crystal ball
Gabbert -- who is still just 23 -- will get every shot to win this job out of camp, so don't expect the team to make a drastic move at quarterback. With Maurice Jones-Drew entering the final year of his contract and coming off foot surgery, it would be wise to install a younger back behind him.
Don't rule out Caldwell trading away the No. 2 pick. The Jaguars need a complete roster overhaul. Gaining quantity in exchange for quality would help on that front.
And no, Tim Tebow isn't walking through that door.
