Allen was the No. 16 overall pick by the Miami Dolphins in 2006 NFL Draft. He only started 23 games in seven NFL seasons and is considered one of the worst picks in Dolphins history. Allen has 15 career interceptions, including six in 2010 (Dolphins and Houston Texans) and four with the Houston Texans in 2011.

NFL.com's Ian Rapoport reported Wednesday that there should be some interest in the 6-foot-2, 200 pounder.
