This year, NFL.com's Ian Rapoport reports that the the highest picks affected by the rule include Miami Dolphins defensive end Dion Jordan, Chicago Bears offensive guard Kyle Long, Atlanta Falcons cornerback Desmond Trufant and Philadelphia Eagles tight end Zach Ertz.
Another first-rounder who would have missed OTAs is Green Bay Packers defensive end Datone Jones, but he already graduated from UCLA. So he's in the clear.
It's worth remembering that Andrew Luck was delayed by the rule last year. It didn't seem to hurt him too much.
