Arian Foster hurts hamstring in Houston Texans' loss

Arian Foster was limited in practice during the week because of a hamstring injury. The same problem quickly knocked him out of Sunday's 17-16 loss to the Kansas City Chiefs.

Foster left the game after just four carries for 11 yards. He went to the locker room and initially was deemed questionable to return. Foster returned to the sideline soon thereafter without his uniform on and was ruled out for the remainder of the game.

That's the bad news. The good news is that the Texans have a bye in Week 8 to help Foster get healthy for the rest of the season. Ben Tate is one of the most explosive backup running backs in football and capably can carry the load in the meantime.
