Dallas Cowboys get 16th overall pick; Ravens get No. 17

BREAKING NEWS: The Dallas Cowboys won in February.

The Cowboys won a coin flip with the Baltimore Ravens on Wednesday in Indianapolis, in advance of the 2014 NFL Scouting Combine.

The win gives the Cowboys the No. 16 overall pick in the first round of the NFL draft, while the Ravens will select No. 17.

The coin toss was necessary because both the Cowboys and Ravens finished with 8-8 records and a .484 strength of schedule.

Some details for all you coin-flip enthusiasts: No one called it in the air. The NFL used a coin with each team's logo. The Cowboys' famous star landed face-up.
