Ginn brings his excellent return skills to the desert. He also figures to be a solid reserve receiver behind Michael Floyd and Larry Fitzgerald. Arizona's starting receiver duo is among the best in the league, but the roster was lacking depth after Andre Robertsleft for Washington.

Cardinals coach Bruce Arians loves to push the ball vertically, and Ginn still has excellent speed after seven NFL seasons with three different teams. Ginn might not catch more than 35 passes in Arizona, but we'd expect him to make plenty of big plays.

The Cardinals also announced they agreed to terms with linebacker Matt Shaughnessy and released linebacker Dontay Moch.
