Coach Jeff Fisher repeatedly has emphasized that Sam Bradford's surgically repaired knee will be ready for the St. Louis Rams season opener versus the Vikings.
Fisher confirmed Thursday that Bradford will be "full-go" for training camp.
"Sam is in great shape," Fisher said, per the St. Louis Post-Dispatch. "He's ready to go. We don't have (reservations) -- right now as we speak, as camp starts -- he's full-go. If we need to back him down here and there, we'll back him down."
Fisher cautioned not to read anything into it if Bradford is held out of the preseason opener against the Saints.
"If he doesn't play in the first preseason game, it's not because he can't," Fisher explained. "It'll be (because) it's our choice not to play him. But he will play in the preseason."
While Bradford is on the fast track, the Rams will take a more conservative approach with left tackle Jake Long and rotational defensive end William Hayes.
Long is coming off a late-season ACL surgery of his own, and Fisher revealed that Hayes underwent three offseason procedures.
Other than those two veterans, the Rams are in great shape on the injury front entering camp.
