One day Chris Hogan can tell his grandchildren that he walked to work in four feet of snow.
The Buffalo Bills' receiver was one of many players stranded in their homes this week as Western New York was pelted with the white stuff.
Hogan was sick of waiting.
NFL Media's Albert Breer reports that the Bills got every player on the flight from Buffalo to Detroit on Friday in advance of their Monday game with the New York Jets. The Bills plan to practice at the Lions' facility at 7:15 p.m.
Despite going on foot, Hogan made it to work before the plane left.
Hogan wasn't the only player who took an alternate mode of transportation.
Breer added that players were picked up on snowmobiles with cars waiting on main roads to take them to the stadium, where they boarded a bus for the airport and eventually landed in DTW.
