Analysis: The Bills have an interesting roster, as the team is waiting to see if a few of its young players can take the next step. Regardless, the Bills admit that QB, as well as guard, will be areas they keep their eye on in the draft. The defensive line was stout last season, but depth is needed. Buffalo could look to add more talent at linebacker and a blocking tight end to go with Charles Clay.
Miami Dolphins
Top 5 needs: WR, G, DT, CB, RB

Analysis: The addition of Kenny Stills doesn't mean the Dolphins have their No. 1 WR. Finding a big-time target for Ryan Tannehill is an option. Miami made strides on the offensive line last season but needs guard help. The addition of Ndamukong Suh helps, but another interior defender, as well as a nickel cornerback, could be added.
New England Patriots

Analysis: Under Bill Belichick, the Patriots have always been diligent about taking care of their offensive and defensive fronts early in the draft. New England needs to find help along the defensive line to stop the run and could use a pass-rushing defensive end. The team could address a hole at guard at some point. New England will always look for big-play threats on offense, so keep an eye on WR and even RB.
New York Jets
Top 5 needs: QB, OLB, OL, WR, RB

Analysis: The Jets certainly aren't set at QB and might be browsing for one early on. Finding an athletic edge rusher is paramount for head coach Todd Bowles' defense. With Muhammad Wilkerson set for a massive pay day, players with huge cap figures like left tackle D'Brickashaw Ferguson could be in danger of being cut after 2015. Regardless, upgrading the offensive line and finding another running back and slot receiver are possibilities.
AFC South
Houston Texans
Top 5 needs: WR, ILB, OLB, CB, G

Analysis:Brian Cushing isn't the player he once was, and with a lack of talent next to him, the Texans could look at LB early on. Jadeveon Clowney might not return at 100 percent, and the Texans lost Brooks Reed to free agency from the other OLB spot. CB Johnathan Joseph's contract is up after 2015, and the Texans could look at an outside receiver or a slot man to fill in the blanks for their "11" personnel grouping.
Indianapolis Colts
Top 5 needs: SS, RT, RB, OLB, ILB

Analysis: The Colts don't have many glaring holes to fill. Frank Gore is a short-term solution at RB, but with such a deep class, RB could be a smart luxury pick. Andrew Luck is about to get paid big bucks, so finding a future replacement at RT for the expensive Gosder Cherilus could be in order. The Colts' biggest need could be at strong safety, while ILB and CB are positions that could use more depth.
Jacksonville Jaguars
Top 5 needs: OL, CB, RB, S, LB

Analysis: Free-agent addition Jermey Parnell should help stabilize the RT spot, but there is room for improvement across the interior of the Jaguars' offensive line. To challenge for a playoff spot, this defense will have to find better cover corners and free safety help to battle against the likes of the Colts. It would be quite an upset if the RB-starved Jaguars don't look at that position.
Tennessee Titans
Top 5 needs: CB, RT, DL, S, QB

Analysis: The signing of Perrish Cox gives the team a boost at cornerback, but more help and competition is needed at the position. The Titans have been aggressive in building their offensive front, and right tackle is a hole they could address early on. Defensive coordinator Ray Horton will be looking for players with length and strength along the defensive line as the Titans transition into his 3-4 look.
AFC North
Baltimore Ravens

Analysis: The loss of Torrey Smith isn't insurmountable at wide receiver, but the Ravens know Steve Smith won't post the production he once did, so finding help at the position is necessary. CB Lardarius Webb needs competition and free-agent addition Kendrick Lewis is a band-aid at free safety. The Ravens ran the ball well and rushed the passer well last season, but RB and OLB could be in play at some point with aging veterans at those spots.
Cincinnati Bengals
Top 5 needs: NT, WR, OT, LB, TE

Analysis: While Marvin Jones and Mohamed Sanu offer nice complementary receivers next to A.J. Green, the Bengals could really use an effective slot man. Offensive tackle makes sense with Andrew Whitworth turning 34 in 2015. The Bengals could look for depth or a potential replacement for NT Domata Peko, and adding speed at linebacker is a very real possibility.
Cleveland Browns

Analysis: The additions of Brian Hartline and Dwayne Bowe mean the Browns won't feel pressure to reach on a wide receiver, but they still need one badly. They could replace TE Jordan Cameron with another athletic pass-catcher in the early or middle rounds. The defensive front was a disappointment last season and it's time to restock; that includes adding depth at OLB.
Pittsburgh Steelers

Analysis: Age has been catching up with the Steelers' secondary for some time and there's really no way of getting around the holes that have developed at cornerback and safety. The loss of Jason Worilds and Jarvis Jones' failure to emerge forced Pittsburgh to re-sign James Harrison, who turns 37 in May. The Steelers need another pass rusher and a young TE to groom under Heath Miller.
AFC West
Denver Broncos
Top 5 needs: OL, TE, DL, OLB, QB

Analysis: Gary Kubiak took Duane Brown late in the 2008 first round when he was with the Texans because he covets tackles that are talented as pass blockers and athletic enough to fit into his zone scheme. You have to move early in the draft to land a tackle with those qualities. During defensive coordinator Wade Phillips' tenure with Kubiak, the Texans drafted J.J. Watt (first round), Whitney Mercilus (first) and Brooks Reed (second) along the defensive front. Guard and tight end are both needs, but can usually be found beyond the first three rounds for this offense.
Kansas City Chiefs
Top 5 needs: OL, DT, WR, CB, LB

Analysis: The Chiefs need help at one tackle spot and at guard, so the offensive line should be a priority within the first two days of the draft. The addition of Jeremy Maclin and the expected emergence of Albert Wilson means wide receiver might be a spot to look for after Day 1. GM John Dorsey understands the importance of his defensive front, so he should be looking for the best available players at DT/DE and ILB/OLB at some point.
Oakland Raiders
Top 5 needs: WR, CB, RB, OL, DL

Analysis: There are so many roster holes here that a "best-available" strategy should work throughout the draft. Finding a WR for Derek Carr should be a high priority. Oakland could use more than one CB to add to a talent-depleted position. Immediate help at defensive end and offensive tackle would be nice, but might not receive the same priority with so many holes facing this front office.
San Diego Chargers
Top 5 needs: OL, LB, RB, DL, WR

Analysis: The Chargers will have to decide if they really want to keep trying to match D.J. Fluker up against NFL speed or if they will look to draft a RT and move Fluker inside to guard. There's a glaring hole at running back in an RB-heavy draft. The Chargers could choose to bring in competition on the defensive line and at inside linebacker. Getting Philip Rivers another WR wouldn't hurt.
NFC East
Dallas Cowboys
Top 5 needs: CB, RB, DT, OL, LB

Analysis: The addition of Darren McFadden is a stop-gap at best. Despite talent on the roster at RB, this is the draft to go bargain hunting at that position, if desired. Dallas could use immediate help at cornerback. Defensive coordinator Rod Marinelli demands upfield talent from his interior D-linemen, and that is missing on this roster. Dallas could look for a strong side or middle linebacker this year. The Cowboys could also add depth to the offensive line.
New York Giants
Top 5 needs: FS, LB, DL, OL, TE
No. of selections: 8

Analysis: First and foremost, the Giants must address the gaping hole at free safety. They could use a weak-side linebacker, and Jon Beason's injury history makes an inside linebacker even more of a priority. Offensive and defensive tackle are needs, and a late-round tight end could help Larry Donnell focus a bit more.
Philadelphia Eagles
Top 5 needs: CB, S, G, WR, OLB

Analysis: Beyond free-agent addition Byron Maxwell, the Eagles' CB cupboard will be empty after 2015, so finding a starter is important. The Eagles are getting old on the left side of their O-line, so they could look for Evan Mathis' replacement at left guard. Philadelphia has size at WR but lacks a dynamic playmaker, and finding more speed off the edge at OLB will always be a priority for the team.
Washington Redskins
Top 5 needs: S, CB, OL, ILB, OLB

Analysis: The addition of CB Chris Culliver could buy the Redskins an extra year before they address CB in the draft, but it probably shouldn't. The Redskins had one of the league's worst secondaries last season, and every position there could be a draft target. NT Terrance Knighton is a big help up the middle, but the ILBs need upgrading, regardless. Will this finally be the year the Redskins successfully address their issues at right tackle?
NFC South
Atlanta Falcons
Top 5 needs: OLB, ILB, TE, OL, RB

Analysis: The additions of Adrian Clayborn and O'Brien Schofield help add depth on the defensive side, there's still a great deal of work to be done. The Falcons must find a pass rusher at the "LEO" spot to fit into Dan Quinn's defense, and they could use more thump inside at linebacker. Left guard is an immediate need, as is a versatile tight end who can block and catch in Kyle Shanahan's offense.
Carolina Panthers
Top 5 needs: LT, WR, DB, RB, DE

Analysis: The Panthers added veterans like CB Charles Tillman, WR/KR Ted Ginn, Jr. and OT Michael Oher via free agency, but those players are band-aids, not long-term solutions. The Panthers need more than serviceable tackle play to keep Cam Newton upright. Carolina should be able to find quality RB and WR help from this year's crop, and it needs to add support in the secondary.
New Orleans Saints
Top 5 needs: Pass rush, OG, WR, TE, QB

Analysis: With 36-year-old Drew Brees in the final two years of his contract, the Saints will have to consider looking at QB soon. Gone are WR Kenny Stills and OG Ben Grubbs, and New Orleans needs to find replacements for both. The Saints won't find another Jimmy Graham any time soon, but still need more depth at that position. Another pass-rushing outside 'backer would be nice.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Top 5 needs: QB, DE, OL, LB, WR

Analysis: The Buccaneers got rid of several players they believed to be salary-cap dead weight and now GM Jason Licht and coach Lovie Smith look to rebuild. Finding a QB is a given, but finding edge rushers will also be critical to fulfill Smith's vision for this defense. Tampa Bay can't spend enough picks on its woeful offensive line, and speed at linebacker to match with Lavonte David will help.
NFC North
Chicago Bears
Top 5 needs: OLB, NT, OL, S, WR

Analysis: With a new head coach and general manager comes a new set of philosophies. John Fox hired Vic Fangio to run his defense, but Chicago is nowhere near configured to run Fangio's 3-4. Finding a good nose tackle, as well as outside linebackers to rush the passer, is critical. Chicago needs safety help and a wide receiver to replace Brandon Marshall. Center Roberto Garza is 36, so that is worth noting.
Detroit Lions
Top 5 needs: DT, CB, OL, RB, WR

Analysis: The Lions added Haloti Ngata to help ease the pain of losing both Ndamukong Suh and Nick Fairley via free agency, but at 31, Ngata's best days are behind him. The Lions must find more help for the interior of their defensive line. Detroit could use a slot receiver and another cornerback who can cover the slot. Help at right tackle or left guard could end up being a priority.
Green Bay Packers

Analysis:Clay Matthews was a revelation at inside linebacker last season, but more help is needed next to him. The once-deep cornerback position now needs help. Look for the Packers to sift around the tight end position at some point, as they haven't quite found the right fit. The Packers are solid along the offensive line, but with their history of injuries along the line, they could look to add depth.
Minnesota Vikings
Top 5 needs: OT, LB, CB, G, DT

Analysis:Matt Kalil's struggles at left tackle and the end to his rookie contract after 2015 could signal a new direction at that position for the Vikings. They need help and depth on the interior of the offensive and defensive lines. Minnesota could look to upgrade the cornerback spot opposite Xavier Rhodes. The Vikings need to upgrade their current LB situation with at least one new starter.
NFC West
Arizona Cardinals
Top 5 needs: ILB, OLB, DT, RB, CB

Analysis: Free-agent addition Mike Iupati will help the offensive line with run blocking, but the Cardinals could look to bolster their running game by adding a running back, too. Arizona generated pressure through blitz packages in 2014, but it needs to find every-down edge rushers to win more one-on-one matchups. Inside linebacker, cornerback and a young defensive lineman are all needs the Cardinals could look to fill.
San Francisco 49ers
Top 5 needs: ILB, CB, DL, OL, WR

Analysis: The losses of Patrick Willis and Chris Borland make ILB a huge priority for the 49ers, but cornerback isn't far behind on the to-do list. Ray McDonald is gone and Justin Smith will turn 36 in September. Newly signed Darnell Dockett is 33, so rebuilding the defensive front with young talent is something GM Trent Baalke will need to look at, perhaps as early as this year.
Seattle Seahawks
Top 5 needs: WR, G, OT, DT, CB

Analysis: TE Jimmy Graham might allow the Seahawks to wait a little longer before addressing wide receiver, but they could use help at the position. Russell Wilson is set to receive a huge pay increase, which means vets like OT Russell Okung and DT Brandon Mebane could be gone in 2016. Adding to the trenches on both sides of the ball with young, inexpensive talent makes sense.
St. Louis Rams
Top 5 needs: G, WR, CB, OT, S

Analysis: The Rams need help across the offensive line. Guard and center are big needs, but the Rams also need to find a player who can step into the right-tackle spot or become a swing tackle. Another year, another need at wide receiver. The Rams could also look to upgrade their secondary at some point.
