Colts' offense gets stronger with Phillip Dorsett

We get it: The Colts are angling to destroy teams through the air come September.

Despite other needs on the roster, Indianapolis on Thursday grabbed intriguing wideout Phillip Dorsett out of Miami with the 29th overall pick of the 2015 NFL Draft.

With blazing 4.33 speed and a history of big-play talent, Dorsett now joins a stocked cast of pass-catchers including T.Y. Hilton, Andre Johnson, Donte Moncrief, Griff Whalen and the enigmatic Duron Carter. Let's not forget about talented tight ends Dwayne Allen and Coby Fleener.

With Frank Gore in the backfield, Indy has added the requisite firepower this offseason to keep defensive coordinators up at night.

Drawing comparisons to Arizona's John Brown, Dorsett averaged more than 25 yards per catch in college since 2012 while regularly blowing the top off defenses. Andrew Luck is smiling tonight.
