Fan to Jim Harbaugh: How much milk does it take to be QB?

If only drinking large quantities of milk was all it took to be the quarterback at Michigan.

Dairy farmers would have more business than they could handle, and the health of young boys all over the Wolverine State would be on the sharp rise. New Michigan coach Jim Harbaugh was asked Thursday how much milk it would take to play quarterback by a young fan who asked the question with sincerity, and Harbaugh didn't quite have the heart to tell the youngster that milk plus some talent was the true formula.

Harbaugh's recommendation of whole milk came from experience.

He told HBO's Real Sports earlier this year that as a child, he consumed as much milk as possible in order to grow stronger.

"I drank a lot of milk, Andrea, a lot of milk," he told Andrea Kremer. "Whole milk, not the candy-ass 2-percent or skim milk."

Some sort of commerical-marketing pairing of Harbaugh and this young Wolverines fan by the Dairy Farmers of America has to be in the works now, right?
