Can't-miss moments: Best of Week 8 in college football

College Football 24/7 is doing sports fans a solid by making sure you have access to all the moments fans were raving about during the eighth weekend of college football play.

Another week, another insane finish

Georgia Tech blocked Robert Aguayo's 56-yard potential game-winning kick, and then returned said blocked kick for the game-winning touchdown. Georgia Tech defensive back Lance Austin at first hesitated to pick the loose ball up and run with it, but we're sure glad that he did.

Kick Six Part II

A team has once again been victimized on a missed field goal, as Texas State's Brandon McDowell returned a missed kick 100 yards for a touchdown to close out the first half vs. South Alabama on Saturday.

We have a new butt fumble

This won't live in infamy like Mark Sanchez's epic miscue, but Iowa State running back Mike Warren did fumble the ball away vs. Baylor after grazing the back side of offensive lineman Brock Dagel.

Miller shows unreal focus

Ohio State's Braxton Miller never quit on this play and managed to reel in a catch after the ball bobbled between him and a Rutgers defender.

USC stops Covey ... finally

Utah's Britain Covey shook off several Trojan defenders on this 40-yard punt return, and the Utes punched the ball into the end zone on the next play.

Fat-guy touchdown!

Louisville 303-pound defensive lineman Sheldon Rankins scooped up this Boston College fumble and returned it 46 yards for a score -- he even hurdled a player on his way to the end zone -- to give the Cardinals a 14-0 lead in the second quarter.

Punt of the year

Texas' special-teams units have had their share of issues this season. However, punter Michael Dickson, the goat in the Longhorns' loss to Oklahoma State last month after mishandling a snap, has plenty to be proud of today. He managed to get a punt off, pinning Kansas State inside its 10-yard line, after a snap sailed over his head in a pivotal fourth-quarter moment.

Shades of Miracle in Michigan II

After Michigan's punt debacle vs. Michigan State last week, another punter learned a costly lesson on Saturday. It was far from as consequential as the Wolverines' miscue, but Kansas' Matthew Wyman tried to punt the ball away vs. Oklahoma State after a bad snap -- it didn't go well.

Clip sums up day for Miami

Clemson delivered a defeat of historic proportions to Miami, whose game could be summed up pretty well in this play by Hurricanes backup QB Malik Rosier. Rosier appeared to have a first down on a scramble before backtracking and then being stopped short of the marker.

Roger, Roger

Bowling Green's Roger Lewis is arguably the top wide receiver outside the Power 5 conferences, and he continues to impress with his play. Lewis -- who is second in FBS in receiving yardage behind TCU's Josh Doctson -- made this spectacular touchdown play against Kent State.

Oh, and Lewis wasn't finished. He also made an outstanding one-handed TD catch.

Who needs two hands?

Speaking of one-handed TD grabs, how about this one from Oklahoma State's James Washington?

ICYMI

It was far from enough to upset Memphis on Friday night, but Tulsa did pull off this spectacular 46-yard Hail Mary touchdown pass to close out the first half. QB Dane Evans was nearly sacked on the play, and Keyarris Garrett caught the pass after it was deflected.
