Leave it to the Harbaugh home to go off script on Thanksgiving.
It can be difficult to tell if Michigan coach Jim Harbaugh is kidding or serious sometimes, but if he's to be taken at his word on Wednesday's Stoney & Bill Show, it'll be steak instead of turkey on the family's Thanksgiving table this year.
"Steak. That's my favorite. We're flipping the switch. We're going with steak. ... And creamed corn," Harbaugh said. "If we can get some creamed corn, that'd be just one heck of a deal. Pour it on some mashed potatoes. And stuffing with sausage."
Gather 'round. With some A1.
While we're at it, let's fire up some burgers and maybe work in some pulled pork.
Harbaugh's unorthodox style has produced impressive results in his first season with the Wolverines (9-2), but how his team plays Saturday against rival Ohio State will go a long way to determine how his first UM team is remembered. The Buckeyes could be flat following a devastating loss to Michigan State that ostensibly knocked them out of the national championship race.
