The Tennessee Titans are officially on the clock for the 2016 NFL Draft.
The Titans secured the No. 1 overall selection in the draft on Sunday, while the Cleveland Browns settled for the No. 2 pick.
The Titans dropped to 3-13 on the season after a 30-24 season-ending loss to the Indianapolis Colts on Sunday. The Browns, meanwhile, also finished 3-13 after losing 28-12 to the Pittsburgh Steelers, but by virtue of a superior strenth of schedule get the No. 2 overall selection in April.
The San Diego Chargers secured the No. 3 overall selection following a 27-20 loss to the Denver Broncos, and the Dallas Cowboys have the fourth pick after losing to the Washington Redskins. The Jacksonville Jaguars round out the top five.
Picks 1-20 are set, with the playoffs determining the order for the rest of the first-round selections:

The Titans' top pick from the 2015 NFL Draft -- quarterback Marcus Mariota -- showed enough promise in his rookie season to give the team hope that it has its future franchise quarterback. Building around the passer will be an offseason priority in Tennessee, with offensive line and running back the most likely target positions.
The Browns must decide if Johnny Manziel -- a first-round selection in the 2014 NFL Draft -- is their future at quarterback, or if the team will move on again and draft yet another quarterback in the first round. According to NFL Media draft analyst Lance Zierlein, quarterback is the most pressing position of need in Cleveland. Of course, another offseason of upheaval in Cleveland is in the offing.
The last time the Titans owned the top pick was in 1978 when the franchise was known as the Houston Oilers and it selected Pro Football Hall of Fame running back Earl Campbell. The last time the Browns owned the No. 2 overall draft pick was in 1991, when the team selected safety Eric Turner, who turned into a two-time Pro Bowl player.
