Jim Harbaugh took a shot at Nick Saban on Twitter on Tuesday, and then reiterated his stance Thursday by calling the Alabama coach "hypocritical."
This, of course, stems from the ongoing debate surrounding satellite camps and Harbaugh's ambitious plans to expand his recruiting reach at Michigan through the use of these camps.
While taking part in the Next Level Elite Football Camp in Atlanta, Harbaugh didn't back down from what he'd posted to Twitter and went a step further.
"The issue was what I said it was," Harbaugh said. "Somebody that had just recently broken rules and has that in their history is lecturing us coaches -- us other coaches -- about potentially violating rules. I just thought it was hypocritical. I thought it was a hypocritical act."
It's the second time Harbaugh has made a reference to Alabama breaking NCAA rules this week. Harbaugh also wrote that "Alabama broke NCAA rules" in his tweet -- presumably, he's referring to a former Alabama assistant coach who has recently left his position due to alleged recruiting violations.
Saban already had responded to Harbaugh's tweet on Wednesday, telling ESPN: "I don't really care what (Harbaugh) thinks or tweets. I say what I think is best for college football and say what I think is best for the players and the kids. As I said (Tuesday), it's not about him or anybody else."
That came after Saban compared satellite camps to the "wild, wild west" when asked about it at the SEC spring meetings in Destin, Fla.
With 93 days left until both Alabama and Michigan kick off their 2016 seasons on Sept. 3, expect this debate to continue throughout the summer.
