Russell Wilson: Pectoral injury not 'crazy, crazy bad'

Russell Wilson continues to play through injuries.

After suffering through ankle and knee injuries, the Seattle Seahawks quarterback is now dealing with a right pectoral injury. Wilson downplayed the latest body damage Thursday, saying it's not "crazy, crazy bad."

Wilson has been listed as "limited" in practice this week for the first time in his career, per The News Tribune. Wilson was not listed on the Seahawks' injury report on Friday, so he will play against the Saints on Sunday.

"Not concerned. Not concerned crazy or anything like that," Wilson said of the pec injury he suffered while getting battered by the Arizona Cardinals.

It's telling no one is fretting over a third injury for the Seahawks' franchise quarterback. The football world now expects the robotic signal-caller to play regardless of how much he's beaten up behind a leaky offensive line. If this were Tom Brady, America would be freaking out.

The quarterback added that doctors told him he was supposed to be out four weeks, at least, following his Week 3 knee injury.

"I'd be lying to you if I said my mobility is a hundred percent. But I feel really good right now," Wilson admitted.

Facing Drew Brees in New Orleans, where the Saints QB is averaging 421.3 passing yards per game, means Wilson will have to move the ball, even if he's not healthy.
