Martz: The right move
Jason Campbell is the most experienced guy the Redskins have, and he has played very well at times. This will give him a chance with Sherman Lewis to develop a relationship between the play-caller and the QB, which is really important.
It's the right move. I think Zorn came to the conclusion that maybe he's part of the problem here, and to see if someone else can deal with Campbell and the offense and take a different approach and have more success.
It's very unselfish. This guy has tons of character. Anyone watching the situation has to realize the character that Zorn, particularly over the last few days, has demonstrated. I think it's remarkable for any professional coach.

Washington Redskins coach Jim Zorn confirmed Tuesday that Jason Campbell will remain his starting quarterback, one day after a league source told NFL Network's Jason La Canfora about the decision.
Zorn, who just yielded his offensive play-calling duties to Sherman Lewis at the request of the team's front office, said on his ESPN980 radio show that he will stick with Campbell for Monday night's game against the Philadelphia Eagles.
Zorn benched Campbell at halftime of Sunday's 14-6 loss to the Kansas City Chiefs. Veteran backup Todd Collins played the second half, but neither he nor Campbell could lead a touchdown drive against a Chiefs defense that entered the game ranked last in the NFL.
Zorn said Campbell missed some open receivers against the Chiefs, but the coach added: "I didn't give up on the young man."
Campbell, a first-round draft pick by Washington in 2005, completed 9 of 16 passes for 89 yards and one interception in the game. Collins, who made his first appearance in a regular-season game since the 2007 season, finished 6 of 14 for 75 yards.
Campbell has thrown six touchdown passes and six interceptions and completed 65.6 percent of his throws this season. His 84.3 passer rating ranks 19th in the NFL.
