Last year's top fantasy wideout has been suspended for the entire season due to a number of substance abuse policy violations. The talented 23-year-old will not take the field for the Browns as his poor decisions have led to frustration for fantasy enthusiasts everywhere.

He led the league in interceptions last year with 27 and only threw 18 touchdowns. Big Blue is struggling to learn the new offensive scheme that coordinator Ben McAdoo has implemented in New York, and Manning's only real threat in the passing game is Victor Cruz. All signs point to another lackluster season for Manning and the Giants offense this year.

He averaged one touchdown for every four receptions he hauled in which stood as the best ratio among all players with at least eight receiving scores last season. He totaled 13 touchdowns on 52 receptions and was one of two main targets for Colin Kaepernick, the other being Anquan Boldin. Now that the 49ers have Michael Crabtree back at 100 percent, Davis' production is likely to slide this year.

Last year, he finished with an incredible 27:2 touchdown to interception ratio in the 13 games that he played in for the Eagles. An impressive line for sure, but there's no way Foles can replicate that in 2014. Now that defenses have had an entire offseason to study film on Chip Kelly's offense, you can expect Foles to throw a few more picks this season, especially if he starts all 16 games for Philadelphia.

He put up a career best 10 touchdowns last season with Pittsburgh, three of which came in a shootout against the Patriots. In his previous nine seasons combined he scored 20 touchdowns. With rookie Kelvin Benjamin lurking in Carolina, Cotchery's touchdown total will likely come back to earth in 2014.

It may surprise you to learn that he finished ninth overall in fantasy points in standard scoring leagues, one spot behind Adrian Peterson. That won't happen again this season as Johnson will be a member of a committee backfield with the Jets, sharing the load with Chris Ivory and Bilal Powell.

The 33-year-old has a lot against him heading into the season. A new, inconsistent quarterback in Ryan Fitzpatrick, a new coach in Bill O'Brien and an all-around lack of motivation. Since he only scored five touchdowns last year, much of his fantasy value lies in his yardage totals which you can expect to slide this year in Houston.

There's a trend building here of players who left the Broncos in the offseason. Moreno has already concerned many with his preseason knee surgery. The fact that he'll be sharing the load with Lamar Miller doesn't help either. Simply put, Peyton Manning helped a lot of players to the top of fantasy last year and those who departed from Denver likely won't be the same this year.

Last year, he led New Orleans in rushing touchdowns with three -- more than any running back on the team. This year, the Saints have already shown a revamped running game and have three extremely talented backs in Pierre Thomas, Mark Ingram and Khiry Robinson to carry the load. Expect a lot more fantasy production from the New Orleans backfield this year, especially in the touchdown department.

Last year, Decker put up over 1,200 yards and 11 touchdowns with the Broncos. Now that he's with Gang Green -- an offense known for its ground-and-pound approach -- it's hard to imagine Decker putting up the same kind of production. The Jets don't have many other pass-catching options to distract coverage from Decker, so expect defenses to be all over him this season. Geno Smith may be improving in his second year, but he's no Peyton Manning.

The rookie was a valuable asset for fantasy owners last year with his reliable production especially down the stretch, scoring in four of the final five games. With LeGarrette Blount now in the mix, Bell thinks the Steelers coaching staff will hand Blount the ball in goal-line situations. If this is the case, it will cut into Bell's overall fantasy production as he would be a member of a committee rather than the featured back in the Steel City.

Since entering the league in 2011 Newton used his legs to rack up rushing yards and rushing touchdowns to finish atop the list of highest scoring fantasy signal-callers in each of his three NFL seasons. In 2014, his receiving corps is less than stellar and he's coming off ankle surgery which will likely lead to a drop his overall fantasy production. A top-four finish just isn't in the cards for Superman for the first time in his career.

With some younger players creeping up behind him like Dez Bryant, A.J. Green and Demaryius Thomas, Megatron will have a tough go at finishing among the top three in receiving yards. The Lions have a new offensive coordinator in Joe Lombardi who has helped Drew Brees spread the ball around in New Orleans over the past few seasons. Detroit also added Golden Tate to their receiving corps who could cut into Johnson's production.

Those who took Charles early in drafts last year never looked back as he averaged an incredible 20.5 fantasy points per game, finishing as the No. 1 overall performer at his position and leading many teams to fantasy glory. That's a tough performance to repeat. This year, there are concerns with Kansas City's offensive line and it's unlikely Charles reaches the 19 total touchdowns mark two seasons in a row. Also, LeSean McCoy, Adrian Peterson and Matt Forte might have something to say about that.
