Whitney is in her fifth season with the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders, and this is her second season as a squad group leader. She just completed her fourth USO tour, entertaining troops stationed overseas during the holidays. Whitney is originally from Friendswood, Texas, and currently teaches dance. Whitney's favorite part about being one of "America's Sweethearts" is being able to tell people she gets to do her dream job of doing what she loves ... dancing.

This was Breanna's fifth season on the sidelines as an Indianapolis Colts cheerleader. She was also honored to be chosen as captain of her squad for a third season. She loves being a part of the Colts organization and cheering along with the fans on game day. Breanna is a native of Evansville, Ind., and a graduate of Ball State University. She is currently a human resource specialist for a company in Greenfield, Ind. She has loved her time in Indianapolis and is proud to call it home.

Ashley is three-year member of the Kansas City Chiefs cheerleaders and a co-captain on the team. She is a former college cheerleader for Kansas State University, where she graduated with a degree in business marketing. One of Ashley's favorite memories as a Chiefs cheerleader was when she had the opportunity to travel to Kuwait to visit the amazing men and women of the military.

Marissa is a San Diego native, three-year veteran and a first-year captain. One of her most cherished memories on the team will always be supporting the troops. Marissa comes from a military family. Two of her grandfathers served in the U.S. Navy on the most decorated ship during World War II, the USS Enterprise (CV-6). Her brother in law has served on numerous ships for 13 years, including the USS Carl Vinson (CVN 70). Marissa graduated in the top 10 percent of her class at San Diego State in 2006. Soon after graduating, she landed a career as a magazine editor and designer.

Vanessa is a three-year member of the Arizona Cardinals cheerleaders. A graduate of Arizona State University, she earned a degree in dance and now currently owns her own business. Vanessa is a line captain and a member of the Cardinals' show team. She has traveled overseas to support our troops, as well as the annual trip to Fort Hood for a junior cheer clinic for the military families. Vanessa is very dedicated to the program, with her perfect balance of hard work and having fun.

Sarah G. is one of the Cincinnati Bengals' four-year veterans, and a side captain and choreographer. She is a team leader, role model and unanimously won the team vote to be a Pro Bowl member. Sarah has high morals and standards, which creates one of the most talented young ladies to come through the Ben-Gal program. Everyone who meets Sarah loves her and her thick southern accent.

Amy -- originally from Orlando, Fla. -- is a five-year veteran of the Miami Dolphins Cheerleaders. Amy is a graduate of Florida Atlantic University. She is most proud of visiting more than 10 countries around the globe to support and entertain the troops of the U.S. military.

Sabrina is a captain of the Atlanta Falcons' cheerleading squad and was voted by the team to represent it at the Pro Bowl. She's honored, blessed and ready to show Hawaii how the Falcons cheerleaders rise up.

Samantha is a student majoring in communications and has been a member of The ROAR of the Jaguars for five seasons. She has been featured in The ROAR swimsuit calendar, traveled with The ROAR on several Armed Forces entertainment tours and has served as a captain on the team. Sam has 21 years of dance experience.

Nicole is a fourth-year veteran and group leader of the New York Jets Flight Crew cheerleading squad. Nicole finds inspiration off the field, working with the disabled community and assisting them in gaining their freedom back. With a full-time career in the mobility industry and a full-time commitment to the Jets, Nicole has mastered the art of time management and is whole-heartedly dedicated to her team. Her passion for the Jets as a life-long fan is contagious and her love for the game of football brings excitement to each game day practice.

Myra is in her third season with the Carolina Panthers TopCats and is serving as a captain. A native of Virginia, she received her undergraduate degree from Virginia Tech, where she majored in fine arts with a concentration in studio art. Myra currently works as a senior graphic designer at a medical device company. Almost anything marketing related that you can see or hold, she can create; including brochures, flyers, national advertisements and web work. Her hobbies include painting, sketching, working out and spending time with her fiance.

Patricia is a three-year veteran and line captain of the New England Patriots cheerleaders. Originally from Massachusetts, Patricia graduated from the University of Massachusetts Amherst with a degree in civil and environmental engineering in 2010. She currently works as an engineer at an environmental consulting firm that specializes in improving drinking water systems throughout New England. With the Patriots cheerleaders, Patricia has traveled to China to promote American football, and to Afghanistan, Kyrgyzstan and Qatar to visit U.S. troops.

Melissa, a captain of the Minnesota Vikings cheerleaders for the 2012 season, has been a part of the squad for six years. A marketing and media coordinator, she spends free time with her fiance trying new restaurants, hanging out with their pug, or watching a good movie.

Heidi is a seven-year veteran of the Seattle Seahawks' Sea Gals. She has contributed to the Sea Gals team as a squad leader, show group member, and junior Sea Gals lead instructor. Her rookie year was highlighted with dancing on the sideline at the Super Bowl XL. A graduate of Boise State University, Heidi works in advertising and PR. Before becoming a Sea Gal, Heidi also cheered in high school and danced on the Boise State's nationally ranked dance team. When not dancing or working, Heidi's other hobbies include reading, teaching dance and outdoor activities.

The Texans selected Vanessa, a three-year veteran of the squad, to represent the Houston Texans cheerleaders at the 2013 Pro Bowl. The native Houstonian graduated from University of Houston with a degree in public relations and currently works as a medical assistant.

Tiffany, a three-year Tennessee Titans cheerleader and line captain, will serve as the team's official Pro Bowl cheerleader in Hawaii. Tiffany earned her spot on the Pro Bowl cheerleading roster through a team and staff vote. Tiffany came to the Titans after spending a decade as a recording artist and touring the country as a backup singer to major country artists. A dedicated wife and mother, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, taking dance classes and working out. "The moment I found out I was our Pro Bowl representative was so emotional; it's still kind of a blur," Tiffany said.

Ashley is 24 years old and from Chalmette, La., and has been a member of the New Orleans Saintsations for four years. She graduated from Southeastern Louisiana University with a degree in business management and is now pursuing a career in professional photography. Ashley has been dancing for 22 years and now works for a dance company for which she teaches various styles of dance to young children of all ages.

Angel has been cheering and dancing since she was four years old. Being a Baltimore Ravens cheerleader has provided Angel the opportunity to travel throughout the country and learn more about herself and life in general. Away from the stadium, she enjoys shopping, working out and eating. She is so grateful to have been selected for the 2013 Pro Bowl and is looking forward to traveling to Hawaii for the once-in-a-lifetime experience.

Lisa is a six-year veteran with the Buffalo Jills Cheerleaders and is in her second year as co-captain. She has been working as an assistant to a plastic surgeon since graduating college in 2011. On her Sundays off, she enjoys cooking for friends and family while watching all of the other great games around the league. Her most memorable and rewarding experiences as an NFL cheerleader have been performing for our troops in Iraq, Kuwait, Kosovo, Diego Garcia, Washington D.C. and Ft. Lewis.

Tara is a four-year member of the Denver Broncos cheerleaders and third-year team captain. She attended Boise State University, where she was a member of dance team and won seven national championships. She got her first opportunity as a professional dancer for the Houston Rockets before joining the Broncos.

Lauren is in her fifth year as a Tampa Bay Buccaneers cheerleader and her second season as a team captain. She and her husband have a children's sports organization called Extreme Youth Sports that offers after-school programs as well as sports-themed summer camps all over the Tampa Bay area. Lauren also has a beautiful 8-year-old daughter who aspires to one day become a Tampa Bay Buccaneers cheerleader. When Lauren is off the field, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading business-oriented books, going to the beach, and volunteering at her local veteran's hospital.

This is Michelle's third year as a St. Louis Rams cheerleader and her first as a captain. Michelle has entertained internationally with the Rams in Hong Kong and Mexico City. She also represented the Rams during the 2012 International Series in London and has entertained through a goodwill tour at Cannon Air Force Base in New Mexico, in addition to the multiple appearances she makes in the St. Louis community each year. Michelle recently graduated from University of Missouri-St. Louis with a degree in marketing.

Tecoya is a co-captain and a four-year veteran for the Washington Redskins cheerleaders. She has performed for our troops overseas in Kuwait, Afghanistan, and Djibouti, Africa. A Chicago native, she began dancing at the age of three. That experience led her to the start of her cheerleading career at the age of 13. Tecoya was able to cheer and perform on three different all-star cheerleading teams that allowed her to compete against teams from across the country. In college, she danced for the band at Howard University. She graduated from Howard in May of 2008 with a degree in health sciences and a concentration in physical therapy. Outside of dance and cheering on the Redskins, Tecoya loves to spend time with family and friends. She also enjoys bowling, writing poetry and doing community service. She is looking forward to her trip to Hawaii as the Redskins' cheerleading squad's Pro Bowl representative.

Casey traveled to Kuwait as part of a Goodwill Military Tour to perform for U.S. troops stationed in the Middle East. She has been featured in numerous national print and online publications including Esquire, Sports Illustrated, The NFL Magazine and ESPN.com, as well as on the cover of the popular Lindy's Pro Football Magazine. Casey is prominently showcased in the Philadelphia Eagles cheerleaders swimsuit calendar. She was also a celebrity video blogger for 6ABC and recently performed at the Senior Bowl in Mobile, Ala., where she cheered on NFL prospects. Casey graduated with a degree in business management. She is involved in giving back to the community as a volunteer with the Eagles Youth Partnership. Casey has represented the Eagles cheerleaders at many high-profile events, including the celebrity-studded amFAR Inspirational Gala in New York City. She is a crowd favorite at Eagles games.

Kelly, a third-year Raiderette and a team captain, was born and raised in the Bay Area. Kelly received her degree from Sacramento State and her teaching credential from San Jose State, where she graduated with honors. She is now in her second year as an elementary school teacher. The first grade teacher was a Raiderette for two years before taking a year off to start her teaching career. Kelly missed performing for Raider Nation and returned as a captain this season and was voted by her teammates as Raiderette of the Year.

Antonia is in her fourth season with the San Francisco 49ers Gold Rush cheerleaders and in her first year as a captain. She has been working as an account executive for a television network for the past few years and also spends free time writing novels. She has amazing knowledge of football and passion for the game. Antonia is such a fan that she travels more than 250 miles, each way, from Nevada to rehearsals and games every week. When she isn't performing on the sidelines, Antonia uses her hunting license to fish, take part in gaming events and spend time outdoors with her family.
