Marshawn Lynch
Marshawn Lynch, the five-time Pro Bowl running back who played for the Bills, Seahawks, and Raiders during his 11-year NFL career, has been called one of the most private, mysterious, and misunderstood NFL players in recent years. Known as “Beast Mode” for his aggressive and powerful running style, the 5-foot-11, 215-pound Lynch had gold teeth, dreadlocks, and ate Skittles after scoring touchdowns. Lynch, who scored 48 rushing touchdowns during one 4-season span and helped the Seahawks win Super Bowl 48 , was deeply distrustful of reporters. In 2014, Lynch was fined $100,000 for not speaking to the media. Then at Super Bowl 49 media day, Lynch repeatedly said to reporters questions, "I'm here so I won't get fined." Lynch, whose dream upon making the NFL was to build an Oakland youth center (which came true), today owns Beast Mode Apparel, a fashion brand with stores in Seattle, Oakland, and Las Vegas.
