During his tenure, the NFL lightened offseason training obligations for players. The NFL also added games in London and Mexico City and on Thursday nights, while the Rams and Chargers relocated to Los Angeles and the Raiders will move to Las Vegas in 2020. In 2016, Goodell was voted the most influential person in sports, according to a poll of experts conducted by the Sporting News.
