QB Aaron Rodgers is one of the best quarterbacks ever to play in the NFL and a key figure in the history of the Green Bay Packers. He led the team to eight straight playoff appearances between 2009 and 2016, won two MVPs, and is the only QB with a 100+ passer rating in 6 straight seasons. A seven-time Pro Bowler, Rodgers was born in Chico, Calif. and was drafted 24th overall by the Packers in 2005 to become the successor to Brett Favre. After backing up Favre for three seasons between 2005 and 2007, Rodgers finally got his turn. Green Bay, which hadn’t won a Super Bowl since 1996, went 6-10 with Rodgers as a starter in 2008, but then everything changed. He led the Packers to an 11-5 record in 2009, a Super Bowl title in 2010 (Rodgers was named MVP), and threw for 4,643 yards and 45 touchdowns in 2011. Rodgers is one of 4 quarterbacks with multiple seasons of 40+ passing touchdowns.
