Here are the injuries and news we're monitoring around the league on this Week 12 Sunday:
- Carolina Panthers tight end Ja'Tavion Sanders suffered a neck injury versus the Chiefs and was taken to a local hospital for further evaluation. Coach Dave Canales said after the loss that Sanders was released from the hospital but is still being evaluated.
- Detroit Lions running back David Montgomery (shoulder) did not return versus the Colts after exiting in the third quarter. Left tackle Taylor Decker (knee/ankle) also did not return. Wide receiver Kalif Raymond (foot) was ruled out. Coach Dan Campbell said Raymond may miss some time.
- Houston Texans safety Jalen Pitre (shoulder) was ruled out against the Titans after exiting in the second quarter.
- Indianapolis Colts wide receiver Josh Downs (shoulder) did not return after exiting late in the second half. Ashton Dulin (ankle) was ruled out after exiting in the second half.
- Kansas City Chiefs tight end Peyton Hendershot (calf) did not return versus the Panthers.
- Miami Dolphins linebacker Anthony Walker (hamstring) was ruled out after exiting in the second quarter versus the Patriots.
- New York Giants left tackle Jermaine Eluemunor (quadricep) did not return after exiting in the first quarter. Defensive lineman DJ Davidson (ankle) and pass rusher Azeez Ojulari (toe) also did not return after both exited in the third quarter.
- Seattle Seahawks guard link-placeholder-12 is doubtful to return against the Cardinals.
- Tampa Bay Buccaneers pass rusher Joe Tryon-Shoyinka (ankle) was ruled out against the Giants. Safety link-placeholder-14 was ruled out after exiting in the second half.
- Washington Commanders running back Brian Robinson (ankle) did not return after exiting in the second half of Sunday's game versus the Cowboys. Robinson initially suffered an ankle injury in the first quarter, but re-entered the game by the end of the frame. Right tackle Andrew Wylie (head) was ruled out. Running back Austin Ekeler suffered a concussion in the fourth quarter, per head coach Dan Quinn. Ekeler was taken to a local hospital for further evaluation, per The Washington Post.
