2024 NFL Season, Week 12: Notable injuries, news from Sunday's games

Here are the injuries and news we're monitoring around the league on this Week 12 Sunday:

  • Arizona Cardinals quarterback Kyler Murray had the wind knocked out of him late in Sunday's loss to the Seahawks, head coach Jonathan Gannon said. Murray looked to be in pain and went into the medical tent a tackle.
  • Carolina Panthers tight end Ja'Tavion Sanders was released from a local hospital after suffering a neck injury, head coach Dave Canales said following his team's loss. Canales said Sanders is still being evaluated despite the release.
  • Denver Broncos cornerback Riley Moss was ruled out after suffering a knee injury versus the Raiders.
  • Detroit Lions running back David Montgomery (shoulder) did not return versus the Colts after exiting in the third quarter. Left tackle Taylor Decker (knee/ankle) also did not return. Wide receiver Kalif Raymond could miss some time with a foot injury, head coach Dan Campbell said after the game.
  • Green Bay Packers wide receiver Romeo Doubs was ruled out Sunday against the 49ers with a concussion.
  • Houston Texans safety Jalen Pitre (shoulder) was ruled out against the Titans after exiting in the second quarter.
  • Indianapolis Colts wide receiver Josh Downs (shoulder) did not return after exiting late in the second half. Ashton Dulin (ankle) was ruled out after exiting in the second half.
  • Kansas City Chiefs tight end Peyton Hendershot (calf) did not return versus the Panthers.
  • Las Vegas Raiders quarterback Gardner Minshew will miss the rest of the season after fracturing his collarbone versus the Broncos, NFL Network Insiders Ian Rapoport and Mike Garafolo reported.
  • Miami Dolphins linebacker Anthony Walker (hamstring) was ruled out after exiting in the second quarter versus the Patriots.
  • New York Giants left tackle Jermaine Eluemunor (quadricep) did not return after exiting in the first quarter. Defensive lineman DJ Davidson (ankle) and pass rusher Azeez Ojulari (toe) also did not return after both exited in the third quarter.
  • Philadelphia Eagles defensive end Brandon Graham told reporters that he will miss the remainder of the 2024 season after tearing his triceps versus the Rams. Cornerback Darius Slay was ruled out with a concussion.
  • San Francisco 49ers cornerback Renardo Green (neck) did not return against the Packers. Linebacker Demetrius Flannigan-Fowles (knee) was ruled out.
  • Seattle Seahawks guard Anthony Bradford (leg) did not return against the Cardinals.
  • Tampa Bay Buccaneers pass rusher Joe Tryon-Shoyinka (ankle) was ruled out against the Giants. Safety Jordan Whitehead (pectoral) was ruled out after exiting in the second half.
  • Washington Commanders running back Brian Robinson (ankle) did not return after exiting in the second half of Sunday's game versus the Cowboys. Robinson initially suffered an ankle injury in the first quarter, but re-entered the game by the end of the frame. Right tackle Andrew Wylie (head) was ruled out. Running back Austin Ekeler suffered a concussion in the fourth quarter, per head coach Dan Quinn. Ekeler was taken to a local hospital for further evaluation, per The Washington Post.
