There's finishing strong, and there's what the road teams did in Week 17.
Teams away from home won a whopping six of 16 games in the final week of the regular season. We've seen better.
The playoffs are now on deck, so let's look back on the final week of the season with fondness and a few great performances on the road. And as always, thanks for reading this season.

Greatest on the Road
Aaron Rodgers, Green Bay Packers
Win a regular season finale on the road, in a dome, to take the division crown and run the table. Quite a tall task for anyone, right? Not for Aaron Rodgers.
Green Bay overcame a 14-10 halftime deficit on the arm of Rodgers, who completed 27 of 39 passes for 300 yards and four touchdowns, including a fade to Davante Adams to put the game on ice late in the fourth. It was vintage Rodgers, dropping and buying time with quick feet and an even quicker release. It gave the Packers, left for dead in the middle of November, the NFC North title. And it reminded the league that Green Bay isn't going anywhere but back to the postseason yet again.
Also considered ...
Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie, New York Giants
Kirk Cousins will probably see DRC in his nightmares for weeks.
The Giants cornerback blanketed whoever came in contact with him and was in the right place at the right time twice in a thriling season finale that left the Redskins out of the playoffs. Rodgers-Cromartie picked off Cousins once on an underthrown pass to the sideline, ending a Redskins drive late in the third, and ended the playoff hopes and dreams of the faithful late in the fourth, jumping in front of Pierre Garcon to stop the Redskins in Giants' territory and seal the win for New York.
The Giants have a secondary that only continues to improve as the season moves along. DRC was its brightest star on Sunday.
Charcandrick West, Kansas City Chiefs
West had somewhat of a unique challenge (or opportunity, depending on how you view the glass) ahead of him entering Week 17. Starter Spencer Ware was inactive for the Chiefs' game at the Chargers, yet this was no resting matter. Kansas City still had a shot at grabbing the No. 2 seed and a first-round bye in the playoffs with a win and a Raiders loss.
