Arizona Cardinals
Best pick:Haason Reddick, LB, Temple (Round 1, No. 13 overall)
The skinny: Multi-faceted linebacker with the athleticism to play all over the field. The Cardinals can allow Reddick to learn the inside linebacker position behind Karlos Dansby while working him in for sub-packages during his rookie year.
Most questionable pick:Chad Williams, WR, Grambling St. (Round 3, No. 98 overall)
The skinny: I had heard before the draft that Williams' stock was heating up and I expected him to go at some point before the end of the third round, but I still see some holes in his game that concern me, especially given that he's a second-day pick and will be expected on the field sooner rather than later.

Los Angeles Rams
Best pick:Gerald Everett, TE, South Alabama (Round 2, No. 44 overall)
The skinny: Everett is the rare matchup tight end who can and will block guys on the perimeter. The Rams have a history of adding athletic tight ends and Everett is yet another. However, his experience as a wide receiver could make him an early contributor and future top target for Jared Goff.
Most questionable pick:Sam Rogers, FB, Virginia Tech (Round 6, No. 206 overall)
The skinny: While I enjoy watching Rogers play the game with his fiery, competitive nature, I wasn't sure that a short-armed H-back with a slow 40-yard-dash time and modest testing numbers was going to be drafted at any point. I understand wanting to draft him to gain team control, but I'll be interested to see what their plan will be for him.

San Francisco 49ers
Best pick:Solomon Thomas, DE, Stanford (Round 1, No. 3 overall)
The skinny: The 49ers managed to trade back one spot, add additional draft picks, and still grab a relentless penetrator who's hell-bent on offensive destruction. So yes, that's a "best pick".
Most questionable pick:C.J. Beathard, QB, Iowa (Round 3, No. 104 overall)
The skinny: I was going to be surprised to hear Beathard's name any time before the latter stages of the draft. Seeing him go in the third round was shocking. Beathard played with a lack of consistency that is hard to get away from for this evaluator. My only guess is that Kyle Shanahan sees some Matt Schaub-like potential.

Seattle Seahawks
Best pick:Tedric Thompson, S, Colorado (Round 4, No. 111 overall)
The skinny: Thompson has terrific ball skills and instincts. He gives the Seahawks a ballhawking free safety who can be a competent backup with starter's potential behind Earl Thomas. This is a very good value selection.
Most questionable pick:Nazair Jones, DT, North Carolina (Round 3, No. 102 overall)
The skinny: Where Thompson offered good value, Jones might be the opposite as a third-rounder. He has size and booming power in his hands, but Jones is also inconsistent from a production standpoint and he can be very slow to diagnose the play.
