Bowens, Browns' performance GMC Never Say Never Moment of the Week

Defense helps the Cleveland Browns overcome odds and earn a road win is the GMC Never Say Never Moment of the Week for games played on October 24-25, the NFL announced on Friday. The GMC Never Say Never Moment of the Week is the best moment or play of the week that represents determination and perseverance.

With their offense banged up and facing a tough road game against the defending Super Bowl champions, the Cleveland Browns needed a lift. Veteran linebacker David Bowens provided it, leading a defense that intercepted recorded four interceptions, including two picks that Bowens returned for touchdowns in a 30-17 Cleveland win.

Cleveland Browns defense was selected from among three moments by voters on NFL.com/gmc. The other two moments were Carolina Panthers QB Matt Moore capitalizes on second chance in comeback win and QB Josh Freeman's magic leads the Tampa Bay Buccaneers to a fourth-quarter rally.

Fans may vote for one of three moments on NFL.com/gmc beginning immediately following Monday Night Football and ending on Friday at noon ET to determine the GMC Never Say Never Moment of the Week. The winner will be announced Friday during NFL Network's Around the League show and then posted on NFL.com.

After the regular season, fans will have a chance to determine the GMC Never Say Never Moment Of The Year from among the 17 weekly winners. Fans can vote for the winner on NFL.com/gmc throughout the month of January.

  Moore capitalizes on second chance in comeback win over Niners 

Replaced as the starting quarterback in Week 3, the Panthers' Matt Moore waited for another chance. Sunday, it came, and he didn't let it pass him by. Moore threw for 308 yards and two touchdowns, and completed 8 of 9 passes on the team's final two possessions, rallying the Panthers to their first victory, 23-20 over the 49ers.

 Rams

Josh Freeman doesn't seem to know when to quit. With the Buccaneers trailing by five, the young QB completed 9 of 13 passes on a 16-play drive that culminated in a touchdown pass with 10 seconds left to deliver an 18-17 win over the Rams. It was yet another dramatic win for Freeman, who in his second season, has led fourth-quarter rallies in five of seven career wins.
