Who was the Fantasy Player of the Week? Vote on the top performers and decide who was the most valuable player!
Tom Brady, QB, Patriots
Brady made turkeys of the Lions on Thanksgiving Day, throwing for 341 yards and four touchdowns in what was a 45-24 blowout win. The future Hall of Famer tossed two scores to Wes Welker (5, 16 yards), while another two went to Deion Branch (79, 22). After a few mediocre stat lines, Brady has now scored a combined 94.34 fantasy points (23.6 PPR) on NFL.com in his last four games. He has a tough matchup against the Jets next on the schedule.
Matt Cassel, QB, Chiefs
Cassel has been as hot (if not hotter) than any quarterback in fantasy football in recent weeks. The Southern California product has been one of the more consistent options at his position, throwing for multiple touchdowns in six of his last seven games. That includes a 233-yard, four-touchdown performance in a blowout win over the Seahawks. Despite his recent success, Cassel was active in a mere 16.1 percent of NFL.com leagues in Week 12.
Jay Cutler, QB, Bears
Cutler showed some flashes of brilliance against the Eagles, throwing for 247 yards and four touchdowns in a 31-26 win. His scores came on passes of 10, 20, 6 and 9 yards, two of which went to Earl Bennett. Cutler, who has scored 19-plus fantasy points on NFL.com in three of his last four games, has a great matchup next on the schedule against the Lions. Surprisingly, he's a free agent in close to 25 percent of NFL.com leagues.
Peyton Hillis, RB, Browns
Simply stated, Hillis has become an absolute fantasy football beast. He continued to put up huge numbers in Week 12, posting six catches, 194 total yards and three touchdowns in a 24-23 win over the Panthers. His scores came on runs of 9, 5 and 6 yards, giving him a spectacular 13 total touchdowns on the season. Furthermore, Hillis has now scored a touchdown at least once in 11 of his 12 games. He's been a virtual godsend for owners in 2010.
Dwayne Bowe, WR, Chiefs
Has there been a better player in fantasy football than Bowe in recent weeks? The veteran wideout went off against the Seahawks, catching 13 passes for 170 yards and three touchdowns in a blowout win. Believe it or not, but Bowe has now scored 13 touchdowns in his last seven games! He has also recorded 20-plus fantasy points on NFL.com in each of his last four games. Bowe is now in the hunt for fantasy football's MVP due to his huge numbers.
