Tennessee Titans running back Chris Johnson left Sunday's game against the Green Bay Packers with a right ankle injury, but he returned in the second quarter.
Johnson took a handoff late in the first quarter and tried to bounce it around the left end of the line. Packers linebacker Clay Matthews blew up the play for a 3-yard loss and came down on Johnson's lower leg, and the running back's knee bent awkwardly.
Johnson had 5 yards on six carries when he left the game.
