TORONTO -- The Seattle Seahawks re-signed wide receiver Deon Butler on Saturday and placed receiver Charly Martin on injured reserve because of a calf injury.
The Seahawks will face the Buffalo Bills on Sunday in Toronto.
Butler spent the last three seasons with the Seahawks, but played in just five games during the 2011 season while he recovered from a broken leg suffered near the end of the 2010 season. Butler was with the Seahawks during training camp but was part of the Seahawks final cuts and the end of the preseason.
Martin was placed on injured reserve after he was injured during practice this week. Martin was active for four games and had four receptions for 42 yards.
