Dez Bryant reportedly 'best player' at Cowboys camp

Dez Bryant's struggles in life have been well-documented this offseason. His improvements on the field have also received a lot of attention. (Remember that whole "being a leader" theme?)

ESPN.com's Dan Graziano writes that Bryant is the best player on the field at Dallas Cowboys training camp. "Simple as that," Graziano writes.

He's not the first writer to suggest this. ESPNDallas.com called Bryant the best player at camp too this week. Famously understated Cowboys owner Jerry Jones said Bryant has been "lights out."

This continues a trend from the offseason, where Bryant looked good during minicamp and OTA season. He's not struggling with nagging injuries. His conditioning seems to be better after last year's lockout.

It's unclear if Bryant will face any league discipline for his most recent arrest. It is clear that anything less than a breakout season from Bryant in his third year would be a major disappointment.
