Dolphins could struggle to slow Bills' Jackson

Oakland Raiders at Minnesota Vikings

The Vikings rank 30th in the NFL in passing defense, so this is a fine week to start Carson Palmer. Michael Bush should get more than one chance to score from short range, and is a must-start again. Denarius Moore will certainly challenge the Minnesota secondary, and should be locked in as a WR2 this week. The Raiders allow 132.4 rushing yards per game, so Adrian Peterson should have one of the best RB stat lines of the week. Christian Ponder lacks playmakers, limiting his potential production. Avoid most of the Minnesota players other than Peterson if you can.

Buffalo Bills at Miami Dolphins

The Dolphins will try to hone in on Fred Jackson, but there seems to be no way to keep the Bills RB fully in check. He remains an elite level fantasy starter. Stevie Johnson is banged up and has been frustrating his owners, who can consider reserving him. David Nelson and Donald Jones offer little upside. Buffalo allows 125.4 rushing yards per game, and Reggie Bush remains a great flex start. Matt Moore should post decent numbers, which makes Brandon Marshall a very good WR2 in PPR leagues. Anthony Fasano is a regular scoring threat when Moore is going well.

Cincinnati Bengals at Baltimore Ravens

The Ravens have vowed to be more aggressive on defense, and that does not bode well for Andy Dalton, who could be without A.J. Green. Keep Dalton reserved, and do not expect much from Cedric Benson against Baltimore's defense. The potential return of Lee Evans balances the Ravens passing game even more, making Joe Flacco a respectable starter. Torrey Smith should benefit greatly from more single coverages, and Anquan Boldin is a quality PPR option. Expect Ray Rice to demand the ball more this week, so bank on at least one TD run.

Jacksonville Jaguars at Cleveland Browns

It should be another impressive week for Maurice Jones-Drew against the Browns' 30th-ranked run defense. Of course, the Jaguars likely will not offer much else against Cleveland. The Jaguars defense has looked good recently and is a top start this week. RB Chris Ogbonnaya will be less productive than last week, and Colt McCoy does not have any remotely reliable playmakers. Other than the defensive units, and MJD, there is nothing to see here for fantasy purposes.

Dallas Cowboys at Washington Redskins

The Redskins do not have much of a running game and seem hesitant to let Roy Helu loose, although he could catch a decent amount of flat passes in this one. Fred Davis does not get enough help to break open and Jabar Gaffney seems overmatched as a top target for Rex Grossman, who could register more than two turnovers. Start the Dallas defense and watch DeMarco Murray roll up some big numbers against an overworked defense. Tony Romo should move the ball with ease and is a top QB start for Week 11. Laurent Robinson is a must-start WR2 and Dez Bryant will likely stack up some quality yardage totals.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers at Green Bay Packers

Josh Freeman seems destined for disaster in this one. Avoid all Buccaneers, even LeGarrette Blount if you can, as he will become a non-factor if Tampa Bay falls far behind. The Buccaneers have been terrible against the run lately, yet James Starks does not have upside in any matchup, and the Packers are not about to change their game plan when it seems to work against any opponent. Aaron Rodgers is a threat to throw at least three TD passes, including one to Jermichael Finley. Greg Jennings should build a stellar yardage line as the Buccaneers try to contain Jordy Nelson, who also should bust loose. Start Green Bay's defense in Week 11 as it forces turnovers.

Carolina Panthers at Detroit Lions

The Lions have the NFC's best pass defense, so you shouldn't expect outstanding passing totals from Cam Newton. The Carolina QB can burn Detroit as a runner, though, so you can still expect a strong fantasy stat line. Steve Smith should catch enough key passes to keep most fantasy teams in contention for a win. Neither team will likely offer much in the running game, especially Detroit, which does not have the personnel to exploit even the weak Carolina run defense. Matthew Stafford will have to spread the ball around to cut down on Detroit's offensive predictability.

Arizona Cardinals at San Francisco 49ers

Beanie Wells would seem to be a reserve recommendation against the San Francisco run defense, but if the Cardinals indeed move the ball near the goal line, he could convert a rare scoring opportunity. John Skelton will try to take what the defense gives him, throwing high-percentage passes to Larry Fitzgerald. Do not start Frank Gore, as the Niners will not want to risk using him much when they can beat Arizona with Kendall Hunter, a fine flex start. Alex Smith will look to his WRs against the Cardinals secondary, and Braylon Edwards and Michael Crabtree are good bye week options. Smith could throw more than one TD pass, but the frustration will continue for Vernon Davis' owners, as he will not be a major part of the offensive flow yet again.

Seattle Seahawks at St. Louis Rams

The Seahawks can be sturdy against the run, but Steven Jackson still runs with a lot of strength and is hard to shut down. Sam Bradford will try to connect often with Brandon Lloyd against a Seattle secondary that will have trouble with his slithery moves. Do not expect a drop-off from Marshawn Lynch, he is a must-start as a RB2. Most of the Seattle WRs, however, are not trustworthy, and you can find better options for Week 11.

San Diego Chargers at Chicago Bears

Philip Rivers has been trying to force big plays for much of the season. That approach should translate into mixed results against the Bears. Expect Rivers to throw for high yardage and at least two TDs, but he will also be picked off more than once. Vincent Jackson is a good start who could catch a scoring pass, and Vincent Brown will finish with quality yardage totals. Ryan Mathews should find open running lanes, and Mike Tolbert could see some short-yardage scoring opportunities. The Chargers 24th-ranked run defense will likely be no match for Matt Forte. Do not start Cutler, and expect mediocre production from his WRs.

Tennessee Titans at Atlanta Falcons

Only the 49ers have been stingier against the run than the Falcons among NFC teams, but Chris Johnson is finally rounding back into somewhat familiar form. Do not expect a spectacular day from Johnson, yet he should be worthy of a start. He could become less relevant if the Titans fall behind. It could be a long day for Matt Hasselbeck, and Damian Williams will not be effective if his QB sputters. Michael Turner should pad his stats nicely in the second half. Matt Ryan usually spreads the ball around well enough to be a solid option, but Roddy White could disappoint again.

Philadelphia Eagles at New York Giants

With Michael Vick out and the Eagles dealing with issues at WR, look for Philadelphia to rely heavily on LeSean McCoy. Brent Celek is the team's most reliable pass-catcher right now. Consider him a strong start. Brandon Jacobs should see a lot of openings and is a sound starting choice. Eli Manning might get intercepted once and will likely see some drives flame out, but he should come through with another strong outing. Victor Cruz is a must-start WR1 at this point and Mario Manningham should be definitely used as a WR2. Jake Ballard is a threat to score any time Manning plays well, and can be considered a Top 10 player at his position every week.

Kansas City Chiefs at New England Patriots

The Chiefs are seriously lacking playmakers on offense, and it should be simple for New England to defend them. Blanket Dwayne Bowe and let Tyler Palko take limited bits of yardage underneath. Jackie Battle will become irrelevant if the game gets out of hand quickly. Tom Brady should carve up the Chiefs defense and you should expect three or more TD passes. Wes Welker might end up as the top fantasy performer at his position for the week, and Rob Gronkowski could find the end zone again. Aaron Hernandez should also finish with a strong stat line. The Patriots RBs have been unpredictable recently and should be left out of your mix.
