Eagles QB Vick says thigh fully healed for Sunday's game

PHILADELPHIA -- Eagles quarterback Michael Vick declared himself "100 percent" Friday, saying his thigh has healed in time for Sunday's wild-card playoff game against the visiting Green Bay Packers.

Vick has provided steady upgrades this week on the thigh injury that prompted Eagles coach Andy Reid to hold the quarterback out of the regular-season finale last Sunday. Vick is listed as probable on the Eagles' injury report.

Teammates said Vick has looked sharp at practice, and Reid said the quarterback hasn't been impaired. Reid even said Vick did additional work Monday and Tuesday with receivers and coaches.
