Eagles wide receiver DeSean Jackson suffered a concussion against Washington, the second offensive starter to get a serious head injury against the Redskins this season.
Jackson left the game after he was hit on a catch late in the third quarter. The Eagles originally said Jackson suffered head and neck injuries.
Jackson has developed into Philadelphia's No. 1 wide receiver this season with 44 catches for 769 yards and six touchdowns. He finished with two receptions for 41 yards in Philadelphia's 27-24 win on Sunday, including a 35-yard touchdown.
The Eagles played without running back Brian Westbrook after he suffered a concussion Oct. 26 at Washington.
Eagles defensive tackle Brodrick Bunkley also left the game during the second half with a left ankle injury, while tight end Brent Celeksprained the thumb on his left hand.
