Another day of free agency fun has ended without Ed Reed committed to a team.
It's been three days since the Houston Texans' private jet failed to seal the deal. The Baltimore Ravens are still in play, but lack the cap room (or perhaps the desire) to make Reed an offer that convinces him to stay.

Reed might have been speaking at his introductory press conference on Monday had Houston offered him a better deal. A league source with knowledge of the situation told The Baltimore Sun that the Texans' initial three-year offer was simply too low to lock up Reed during his visit.
Still, Reed seemed pleased with his visit to Houston, telling NFL.com's Albert Breer the Texans are "real good people." Reed's new agent, David Dunn, is in Arizona at the NFL Annual Meeting and remains in contact with both the Texans and the Ravens.
