The Ravens like making veteran offensive line acquisitions at the last minute.
Last year, they picked up Bryant McKinnie and Andre Gurode late in the free agency game. This time around, former Cleveland Brown Eric Steinbach may get a shot.
CBS Sports and the Baltimore Sun report that Steinbach will work out for the Ravens on Tuesday. Other AFC teams reportedly are interested. Steinbach was one of the best-paid (and overpaid) guards in football during much of his run in Cleveland. He started at least 14 games every season until missing all of last year with a back injury.
In Baltimore, Steinbach would likely compete with Bobbie Williams for a starting guard spot.
