4. Baltimore Ravens
Joe Flacco joined a team built on defense and a power-run game. In two seasons, he has helped turn the Ravens into a very dangerous passing team with his strong arm and quick decision-making abilities. Ray Rice has plenty of years left in his body and brings an added dimension with his receiving skills, having led the NFL in receiving for running backs last season.
Ray Lewis is not going to be in a Ravens uniform for the next decade, but the tradition and style of play have been set in stone. General manager Ozzie Newsome seems to get hits in the draft year-in and year-out and young coach John Harbaugh is an emerging star in his own right. The Ravens' owner, Steve Bisciotti, is also a big plus, providing a stable force in the organization.
