Wild guess here, but we think Texans quarterback Matt Schaub is among the substantial group of Americans who believe Albert Haynesworth is a bad guy.
In Haynesworth's first game with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Nov. 13, the beefy defensive end landed on Schaub's foot, resulting in the Lisfranc injury that ended the quarterback's season.
Asked about the play during a conference call with Tennessee reporters on Wednesday, Haynesworth didn't show any signs of remorse.
“You know me, I love to hit Schaub,” he said, according to The Tennessean.
Haynesworth was likely referring to his run with the Titans, which included two other instances where tackles of Schaub led to injuries to the QB.
Haynesworth -- who was released by the New England Patriots after an unremarkable run on Nov. 9 -- seemed to mock Schaub in recalling the Week 10 injury.
“It was on the goal line," Haynesworth said. "He actually screamed like normal in the pile.”
Screamed like normal? Weak sauce. Haynesworth is obviously no believer in karma.
