Representatives from 12 teams -- including a defensive line coach from the Seattle Seahawks and San Diego Chargers executive Randy Mueller -- were present for Idaho's pro day on March 12.
A total of nine players from Idaho worked out, plus an assortment of small-school players.
Defensive tackle Quayshawne Buckley (6-foot-2 3/8, 291 pounds) ran the 40-yard dash in 5.03 seconds on a slight downhill into a light wind gust and 5.12 seconds up a slight incline with a light wind gust. He had a 35-inch vertical jump and 9-foot-3 broad jump. He did the 20-yard short shuttle in 4.65 seconds and the three-cone drill in 7.58 seconds. Buckley -- who has 32 1/2-inch arms -- performed 22 reps of 225 pounds on the bench press.
Buckley was worked out individually after the pro day by the Seahawks' defensive line coach. Buckley was on a visit with the Seahawks on Thursday, and will be visiting with the Jacksonville Jaguars and Washington Redskins over the next three days.
