Patriots wide receiver Danny Amendola is expected to play against the Eagles on Sunday, according to NFL Media Insider Ian Rapoport. Amendola injured his knee in Week 11 against the Bills and was limited in practice all week.
With Rob Gronkowski (knee) and Julian Edelman (foot) both sidelined, Amendola should receive plenty of looks.
In other injury news:
- Bears tight end Zach Miller is active against the 49ers despite a fractured rib. Wideouts Eddie Royal and Marquess Wilson are both inactive, as is safety Antrel Rolle (knee).
- Bengals tight end Tyler Eifert (neck) is not playing. He was listed as doubtful on Friday's injury report and is inactive. Cornerback Leon Hall (back) and safety George Iloka (groin) are also inactive. Adam Jones (foot) is active.
- Falcons running back Devonta Freeman (concussion) is active versus the Buccaneers.
- Dolphins wide receiver Kenny Stills is active after testing his ankle pregame. Center Mike Pouncey (foot) is also active.
- Buccaneers tight end Austin Seferian-Jenkins (shoulder) was cleared for contact and is active against the Falcons. He has played just twice so far this season.
- Buccaneers DT Gerald McCoy (hand) and defensive end Jacquies Smith (hamstring) are inactive.
- Giants center Weston Richburg is active. He is coming off an ankle sprain.
- Cardinals wide receiver Michael Floyd (hamstring) will play.
- Steelers tight end Heath Miller (ribs) has an uphill battle to play, according to Rapoport.
- Vikings linebacker Anthony Barr (hand/groin) and safety Harrison Smith (knee) are both active versus the Seahawks.
- Eagles defensive tackle Bennie Logan (knee) is questionable for Philly's game against the Patriots.
- Texans guard Brandon Brooks fell ill and was taken to the hospital, according to NFL Media's Albert Breer. He is inactive.
- Rams quarterback Case Keenum passed the concussion protocol and will serve as Nick Foles' backup.
- Chargers cornerback Brandon Flowers was carted off the field. Wideout Dontrelle Inman is being evaluated for a neck injury.
