- Oakland Raiders wide receiver Amari Cooper was ruled out against the Denver Broncos with a concussion. Safety Darian Stewart, who hit Cooper on the second-quarter play, was flagged for unnecessary roughness.
- Carolina Panthers tight end Greg Olsen, playing in his first game since returning from a broken foot, was ruled out with a foot injury during the third quarter against the New York Jets. Coach Ron Rivera told reporters after the game they decided to sit Olsen because his foot was sore. Rivera added that the team should know more Monday morning.
- Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers was spotted throwing footballs in warmups prior to the Packers' tilt with the Pittsburgh Steelers on Sunday Night Football. It was the first time he's been seen throwing a football since breaking his collarbone in Week 6 against the Minnesota Vikings. Rodgers is able to return from injured reserve in Week 15.
- San Francisco quarterback C.J. Beathard suffered a lower-leg injury late in Sunday's loss to the Seahawks -- an injury which to Jimmy Garoppolomaking his debut for the Niners. Coach Kyle Shanahan told reporters the team was hopeful it was just a bruise for Beathard.
- Tampa Bay Buccaneers running back Doug Martin suffered a concussion in Sunday's loss to the Falcons. Center Ali Marpet went down with a knee injury in the first half. Cornerback Josh Robinson was lost to a hamstring injury and safety T.J. Ward suffered a concussion.
- Atlanta Falcons cornerback Desmond Trufant did not return against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers after being evaluated for a head injury. Cornerback Brian Poole did not return after suffering a lower back injury during the first half.
- Indianapolis Colts center Ryan Kelly suffered a concussion against the Tennessee Titans.
- Denver Broncos quarterback Paxton Lynchwas ruled out for the game after suffering an ankle injury against the Raiders. Defensive lineman Domata Peko was ruled out because of a knee injury.
- New England Patriots safety Nate Ebner left for the locker room early in the first quarter against the Miami Dolphins after suffering a knee injury while running for a first down on a fake punt.
- Chicago Bears guard Josh Sitton suffered a concussion against the Philadelphia Eagles.
- Jacksonville Jaguars cornerback Jalen Ramsey started Sunday despite injuring his hand in practice Friday. Linebacker Telvin Smith was ruled out in the second half with a concussion.
- Seattle Seahawks tight end* Luke Willson* suffered a concussion against the San Francisco 49ers and will not return to the game.
- Miami Dolphins running back Senorise Perry did not return against the New England Patriots after undergoing evaluation for a concussion. Running back Damien Williams suffered a dislocated on Sunday, a source tells Rapoport. Williams will have an MRI Monday to determine how long the back will be sidelined.
- Los Angeles Chargers wide receiver Mike Williams'* *knee injury from Thursday is being described as a bone bruise, Rapoport reported. Williams is considered week-to-week but he does not have ACL damage and therefore the injury is not season-ending.
- Los Angeles Rams linebacker Connor Barwin was ruled out with an arm injury against the New Orleans Saints.
- New Orleans Saints offensive tackle Terron Armstead went down with a hamstring injury in the second half of Sunday's loss to the Rams.
