MINNEAPOLIS -- Detroit Lions wide receiver Roy Williams injured his right knee in Sunday's loss to the Minnesota Vikings, ending his afternoon in the second quarter.
The team called his return probable in the second period, when he was seen standing on the sideline with a wrap on the knee. But with the game out of reach after Minnesota built a 42-10 lead early in the third quarter, Williams was ruled out for the rest of the day.
Williams had 111 yards and one touchdown receiving in Detroit's last meeting with Minnesota, an overtime win on Sept. 16.
Linebacker Boss Bailey was ruled out for the game in the third quarter with a knee injury.
